  13.     hi, I've finally got SS running, I've got a ocuple questions further:
  14.  
  15. 1)  I've not been able to get the emulation to run with >1780K mem, with 
  16. the SSBootfile.  I've got 4 megs on my GVP 030 card that the thing should 
  17. be able to make use of...if I try and run SS from a clean boot- only 
  18. setpatch and prepareemul running- I'm still not able to set the mem for 
  19. the mac any higher than 1780, without getting a lockup on SS start.
  20. the "memory" setting shows that I "should" have 4 megs free.
  21.  
  22. Right now, I've got maybe 80K free once the system software loads, and as 
  23. much as I try, I can't set this above that pretty useless number.
  24.  
  25. 2) Is there any way to get SS  working with the Canon BJ210 printer 
  26. I've got?  I've read that SS ( Apple) have not made a Canon 200 series 
  27. printer driver... would one of the StyleWriter ones work ( I think Canon 
  28. makes both printers).. or the BJ210 has a Epson mode, might one of the 
  29. Epson drivers ( if they exist) work??
  30. If you've solved this problem, I'd much appreciate it...

  33. addresses below?  I'm on break from univ. right now, and there's a 4-6 
  34. day delay on news feed here, that means I won't get any info on solving 
  35. this stuff before the break is up, and I won't have much time to play 
  36. with things.
